A scrappy affair on the Saturday remarkably yielded a 5-1 victory with Kevin Regan standing tall. As my good friend, Andrew Frame (@aframe88) points out Regan has been exceptional in recent weeks:
A #flyersfact from @aframe88: @kevinregan32 has faced 115 shots in four games and has been beaten only 3 times. A save percentage of 97.4%!!

Another player who has been remarkable is #21 Bobby Chaumont, a point in each of his last 9 games is good for 14 points and third in EIHL scoring.
After Saturday's game Todd Dutiaume spoke with Ali McLaren:

The comments of more to come were echoed by associate coach Danny Stewart after Sunday's victory in Edinburgh:

The prevailing theme of the weekend continued with Allan Crow's (@fifefreepressed) assesment of the game:

I've been a Fife fan for a long time if we need to "endure" 4 point weekends, for all we'll moan - we'll take them!
And Finally...
Monday's big announcement was made and this weeks #bawbagoftheweek was our very own #50 Matt Nickerson:

I'm sure I speak for big Matt when I say that I'm a little disappointed that it took this long to get the recognition this season!
***Update***
It's almost like they waited for me to post this blog, Fife Flyers tweeted the highlights from Saturday's game:
Great mix of scorers which bodes well for the rest of the season!
